We offer room only accommodation. Breakfast and housekeeping are not offered during
your stay. Staff do not live on site.

Children

We offer childfree accommodation. All guests must be 18 years or older to stay here.

Location and Access

We do not provide porterage. The hotel sits directly on the pier, and access to the town
involves walking up a short hill or flight of stairs. Our rooms are located on the ground
and first floor, with no lift (there are no lifts on Skye).

Parking

We offer private car parking for residents of the property.

Payment and Cancellations

Full payment is taken upon booking. We do not accept Amex.

Free cancellations are available up to 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur the full stay charge.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or anywhere within the hotel during your stay.

We will ask you to vacate the property and additional charges will apply.
